StenAst® 2EP-F is a two-component, solvent-free, epoxy-based primer developed for Stenkim’s polymer-based surface coatings, top coats and joint sealants. Thanks to its specially designed hardener, it provides excellent adhesion while protecting the applied surface and preventing dusting. It is CE marked in accordance with EN 1504-2.
Areas of Use
StenAst® 2EP-F is a primer prepared for top coats and materials such as StenCoat®, StenSeal®, StenSport® and StenCare®, applied especially on concrete, asphalt, steel, wood, epoxy and polyurethane surfaces. It is a waterproof primer that can be applied to outdoor asphalt and concrete surfaces where polyurethane surface coatings will be applied. It enhances the adhesion of polymer-modified cementitious materials applied to old concrete for repair or coating purposes, and it is also used to fill microcracks and act as a surface hardener and dust inhibitor for concrete pavements.
