StenMix® SUPA 140HS is a polycarboxylate-based, high-range water-reducing, high-performance superplasticizing concrete admixture. It conforms to the requirements of EN 934-2 Table 3 (High-Range Water-Reducing / Superplasticizing Admixture) and ASTM C 494 Type F.
Areas of Use
StenMix® SUPA 140HS creates a void-free, smooth-surfaced concrete mass in densely reinforced foundation, wall and column concrete that requires flowable concrete. It can be used in high-strength precast and pre-stressed concrete applications and in work requiring early formwork removal.
Added to ready-mix concrete, it provides excellent workability, eliminates the risk of segregation during transport and placement, and reduces the amount of vibration required. Used at the appropriate dosage, it reduces the water demand of concrete by 10-25%, thereby increasing its impermeability.
