StenScreed 402S

High Performance Polyurethane Floor Coating

StenScreed® 402S is a three-component, polyurethane-based, waterborne, cement- and aggregate-compounded, high-performance polymer concrete floor coating. It is rapid curing and self-leveling, with excellent thermal and chemical resistance. It forms a seamless, long-lasting and reliable coating system resistant to abrasion, impact and chemicals, standing up to organic and inorganic acids and alkalis, oils, fuels, antifreeze and many chemicals. It creates a smooth, easy-to-clean, non-tainting, non-dusting and microbiologically inert surface that allows pressurized cold-hot water and steam cleaning. It is formulated in line with contemporary emission expectations and environmental considerations.

Areas of Use

StenScreed® 402S is suitable for all indoor areas with forklift, pallet jack and vehicle traffic. It is especially preferred in environments with frequent cleaning, thermal shocks, solvents and corrosion-causing chemicals. It can be used across all performance-critical areas, including chemical process plants, wet and dry areas in food preparation, thermal processing areas and cold rooms, beverage and water filling plants, canteens, laboratories, medium and heavy-duty workplaces, storage and packing areas, maintenance-repair and production facilities, and printing houses.
