StenMix® GA 1X C is a liquid, concentrated cement grinding aid based on glycols and alkanolamines. It acts as a dispersant, neutralising the electrical charges on the surface of the cement particles, separating them from one another and preventing agglomeration during grinding. It is a grinding aid primarily intended to increase mill output.
Areas of Use
StenMix® GA 1X C is used in the grinding process during the production of Portland cement and other hydraulic cements. It can be used in open- and closed-circuit ball mills, vertical mills and slag (GGBS) grinding systems.
It is particularly suitable for applications targeting increased mill output (tons per hour) and reduced grinding energy per tonne. It is supplied as a concentrate and diluted before use.
