Data processed and purpose

The name and surname, e-mail address and message content you send us through the contact form are processed for the purposes of receiving, assessing and responding to your request and of carrying out communication activities.

Legal basis

Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds of the establishment or exercise of a right and the legitimate interest of the data controller, set out in Article 5 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu).

Commercial electronic messages

The information consent on the form is optional and is not required for your request to be assessed. If you give this consent, the sending of commercial electronic messages is additionally subject to the obligations of the Turkish Message Management System (İleti Yönetim Sistemi, “İYS”).
