Purposes of processing

Selection and placement of candidates, interns and students, conduct of application processes, conduct of activities in compliance with legislation, planning of human resources processes, and storage and archiving activities.

Legal basis

Your data relies on the grounds of the establishment or performance of a contract and the legitimate interest of the data controller, set out in Article 5 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu). Certain data, such as reference information, is processed solely on the basis of your explicit consent.

Method of collection

Data is collected by means of printed forms, electronic mail, İŞKUR (the Turkish Employment Agency) and private employment agencies.

Retention and consideration for future openings

The assessment of your application for the current position and its retention for positions that may open in the future are kept separate from one another; the latter is subject to your separate and explicit consent.
